Care Connected to Real Life
We wanted to create a clinic where recovery felt more connected, more understandable and more personal—a place where patients could ask questions, understand their treatment and take an active role in their progress. That idea became Movexa.

Why Movexa Began

Work, sleep, stress, training, past injuries and everyday movement can all influence how someone feels and recovers. Our approach connects clinical care with practical movement, clear education and realistic planning.
Help People Move Forward

Principles Behind Every Plan
Good care begins with understanding the person, not only the symptoms.
Patients should understand their treatment and the reasoning behind it.
Every plan should reflect individual goals, needs and circumstances.
Recovery should help people feel more capable, not more dependent.
Meaningful progress comes from challenge, consistency and support.
Hands-on care, movement education and rehabilitation work together.
Active, Personal, Practical
The exact balance depends on the person. We focus on what will help you move, function and participate more confidently—not simply what can be done during an appointment.

Before Your First Visit
Movexa offers physiotherapy, sports rehabilitation, chiropractic care, manual therapy, and structured recovery programs focused on movement, mobility, strength, and everyday function.
Wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement and physical assessment. Sportswear or loose-fitting clothes work well and help your practitioner assess the affected area more easily.
Appointment length depends on your service and assessment needs. Our team will confirm the expected duration when your appointment is confirmed.
If exercises support your recovery plan, your physiotherapist will provide clear instructions for exercises to complete between appointments. Your plan will match your current ability and recovery goals.
The number of sessions varies based on your condition, goals, response to treatment, and progress. After your assessment, your physiotherapist will explain the recommended approach and review your plan as you progress.
Take The Next Step
Your recovery starts with understanding what is limiting your movement and what can help you move forward.
